Just off the dining space, the kitchen is clean, bright, and well equipped for vacation living, with granite countertops, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a convenient pass-through counter. The home includes two attractive sleeping areas. The primary bedroom has a polished coastal feel, with a comfortable bed, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, wall-mounted TV, dresser storage, bedside lighting, and sliding glass doors that bring in natural light. Upstairs, the spacious loft-style bedroom offers another relaxing retreat with a comfortable bed, TV, dresser, sitting area/futon, ceiling fan, soft carpet, and charming skylight-style windows. The two full bathrooms are clean and nicely finished, with a tub/shower combination, vanity, toilet, updated mirror and lighting, and fresh towels. The entry and hallway spaces continue the beach-inspired feel, with coastal artwork, warm lighting, and welcoming details that make the home feel thoughtfully prepared for guests. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests and only registered guests may stay overnight. No parties or events. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors. No smoking or vaping inside the unit. Pets: Dogs only. Must pick up all pet waste and the dog must be well behaved (e.g. no excessive barking, no aggressive behavior) Parking: Use designated parking areas only, including the one designated space for the unit and any visitor parking. Trash: Place trash and recycling in the proper bins before checkout. Trash bins are located in the parking lot. Linens/towels: Please do not use white towels for makeup, cleaning, or beach use. Upon checkout, place all towels on the floor and strip the beds. Damage: Report any damage or maintenance issues right away. Before leaving: Turn off lights, lock doors/windows, and be sure the door is securely closed.
